Processing & Handling

  • Preparation Time: Orders are prepared and processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Confirmation: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking information serves as official confirmation that the order is in transit.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination:

  • International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days after dispatch.

  • Variation: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, and regional logistics.

International Shipping & Customs

International delivery times are subject to customs processing. Please be aware that:

  • Duties & Taxes: Any customs delays, inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Policy: These charges or delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To maintain our processing speed, requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted immediately.

  • Once processing or shipping begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Missing, Damaged, or Not Received

  • Reporting: Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Documentation: You must provide supporting documentation, including photos of the packaging/product and order details.

  • Damaged Packaging: Damage to external packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item is intact.

  • Delivered Status: If tracking shows an order as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers must file a claim with the carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.
